π (PIE) Day! 

In honor of pie day yesterday, I made some Guava apple mini pies!  Apple pies are typical here in the South, but one thing you do not see a lot of: Guava (huge in Florida). So take a look at how our mini pies turned out, and you will just have to believe me when I say, they were delicious!
