I do love a good cookie, so between packing and unpacking, I found a few hours to make these two delicious cookies: Peanut butter cookies and Chocolate Chip Cookies. 
*Baker tip: Roll your chocolate chip cookies IN chocolate chips!  My personal favorite are the mini chips.
