Peach Hand Pies: Remind me of Home🍑

Georgia may be known for it's peaches, but in my mind, North Carolina is known for it's (hand) pies.  Hand pies are not that different than whole pies, they are just a little easier!  Instead of placing your dough in a pan, you roll it out and cut it in circles or squares, place your filling inside, then they are FRIED instead of baked.  Optional: You can drizzle glaze on them after they are fried.
